Waiting for these ETFs to drop. I have a 4 month plan.
Epic weekend, my boy who is 13yo. hit a 300ft shot in his baseball tournament and my MLB picks have been on fire. Yes, it's betting against the public but with caveats. I have 1 type of wager that is 22-0.
I started to fantasize of moving to Henderson and driving 20 minutes to Vegas everyday to put 4K on that
1 sure wager, then going back home. I would prob. need a bankroll of 80k, my wife would be pissed
& the 110 heat would be hell.

For those who own 21 rental properties, mortgage free like me, you want to unload half in Trumps 3rd
year on the way up. Sit on the cash in case market collapses again or just put it in bonds.
