I have a hard time beliving in myself and sticking to my trades....yes you need to admit when you are wrong but its so easy if I could only let it be...... hind sight is 20/20 doing the right thing at the right time with out blinking is tough......... thats the only part to master. Jordan says he is winner because he is not afraid of failure.....keep shooting. New Rules for my trades........ 1. Never lose money 2. Never chase a stock that is up, wait for a pull back. 3. know your exit and dont change it....use hard stops.... I cant do enough DD to hold a stock because I belive in the company or some BS rag or the net..... the market always tells the truth if you are wrong you are wrong. 4. Go Long only if oversold 5. Only go short if overbought 6. Trade 50% in index etfs.. long or short....only the strongest setups to start a swing....use the 3 keys must line up. 7. Trade 10% in POS spec plays 8. Keep the rest in cash 9. Never give up.... its so easy a rat could do it... this is a map to the cheese. |

10/28/2009 11:00:20 PM OK the 3 keys to a good swing........ oversold or overbought........ a cross of the 0 line on CMO(5)..... and a MACD cross Place larger trades when these are presented. When not in the oversold or overbought but still get a 3 key signal trade a smaller size. Stops should be previous bar high and low.... buy the open of the signal day.  |

10/28/2009 11:24:50 PM Trading is a lot like fishing......... and I like to fish. I have an older friend he is one of the best fishermen I know, great technique, knows where to hunt. He use to fish all summer long.......... you know what, now he only fishes once a year... in the spring when the water is just the right temp... about 2 or 3 weeks long when the Bass are on the beds..... its easy pickens. He always loads the boat with lunkers, he says the rest of the summer is just a waste of time. Rule 10 Relax let the trade come to you.... dont force the issue.... |

10/29/2009 7:14:57 PM I bought TNA near the open and sold at the close.......did not swing because CMO(5) needs to cross the 0 the MACD is looking like it will cross tomorrow..... a nice gap down in the am would be a nice set up to go long... a big gap up and I will wait and see what happens.  |
