Yeah its legit. My customer is Scottrade and they are in the process of moving stuff over. I won't get into specifics, but my understanding is the current platform will be around for a while but it will sunset.
If you are a customers, TDA has promotions to move your money over to them. If you are a ST customer you could just let it change, but you wouldn't get the money incentive. You'd have to roll out of ST over to TDA.
