 Where I live, everyone's turning their single family home into a duplex or triplex.
 Up until recently, if you wanted to do AIRBnB, the rental units had to be part of the existing structure (your dwelling).  Now, city/county gov't changed the rules.  I can put a trailer in my back yard and make it a rental unit.  It does NOT have to be attached.
