2100 shares traded today. Could be a bit of a problem.

If I take away all code but your basic requirements it looks like you're fishing in a pool with 19 stocks?

The problem with this filter, besides the obvious lack of action, is going to be volume concern. DELT, for example, has too little volume to make any real money, and these types of low volume stocks will be dangerous if you want to get in and out on a swing.
So the key is to focus ONLY on those stocks that come up that have good historical and current volume, like BAA, PACD and ORIG from end of March. Three great plays that came up on this filter.

Why would you even use delt as an example, if you researched the filter you would see that's not the norm.
How many hits do you need to make money? Do your normal trading and use this as a side filter, devide
Your investment into 8 and it should be fine.
I just thought it would be nice to offer up just possibly the most astounding filter ever seen here or anywhere else for that matter. In a bear market hits will increase dramatically at which point I will wait till
The bear is over and make gazillions. Stocks will pop up at the start for 50 cents to a buck, and I'll jus wait till they get sawed down to 20 cents, just to go back up to 5, 10 or maybe 20 bucks. Everyone talks about 2 baggers, how about 100 baggers. Relax and enjoy.

Here's an alternate with more results but you will lose a little in consistency, but still great.

shillllihs, thanks so much. I think the 2nd one you just posted is a great supplement. For example, NM now shows up on both ones you posted. I assume that would give additional confidence for a future pop of some sort.
Side question for you. I would like your opinion on when oil and energy is going to bottom out...i.e. is there still opportunities to short that sector?

Here's a different better version than the 2nd. I can't predict exits.
Gotta go to lunch.

If you wish for market cap requirements, why not use something dynamic?
Now you're basically filtering for shares outstanding
